Vendor Approval and Refunds
If a cancellation request is approved by the vendor, ChillUP will oversee the refund process to ensure users receive their refunds promptly. We work diligently to streamline this process for a hassle-free experience.
Vendor-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that a vendor cancels a confirmed booking or is unable to provide the activity as agreed, the vendor assumes full responsibility for contacting each user enrolled in the booking. They will inform users of the cancellation and handle the refund process through our online platform.
